An introduction to our supplier, Purrform.
Purrform is a family-run company based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. It was born from the idea of making raw feeding for cats more convenient by providing smaller pack sizes, in pouch and tub form, and providing everything a cat nutritionally needs in one complete meal.
As cat keepers themselves, the founders understand the importance of meeting the nutritional requirements of felines. With enthusiasm and knowledge under their belts, they are strong advocates of the raw food diet, not because it is a trend, but because this is how a cat should be fed.

Purrform is trying to remain as close to nature as possible by producing food with no additives, preservatives or any palatant enhancements (ingredients added to pet food to enhance its taste and aroma). All minced recipes are grain-free and made with human-grade meat. Purrform never use scraps or animal by products.
At the Purrform headquarters, you will find a group of animals lovers, with cats obviously holding the position of favourite! One of their goals is to feed all cats the best raw food available. Unfortunately, as part of the food chain, they understand that other animals do need to be sacrificed to do so. However, as an ethical pet food manufacturer, it was their responsibility to search for suppliers, who provide the animals they use in their products, with the best life they possibly can. They are confident that they have achieved that goal and Purrform are entirely open about the composition of their foods. Whether it is the type of food the animals are fed themselves or the amount of outdoor time and space that they are given, Purrform ensure they are treated as humanely as possible. They know that the better the animals are treated during their lifetime, the better the quality of food they can provide for your pets.
