'I’ve always been passionate about feline nutrition! While there’s a lot of valuable information and support available for dog owners about wellness and nutrition, it seems like cat owners often miss out on similar guidance. That's why one of my special interests is feline nutrition, which includes raw feeding, homemade diets, and therapeutic recipes to help manage chronic conditions.
I’m a Registered Animal Medicines Advisor (SQP) and an active member of NOAH. I’ve also trained as an animal first aider and completed the UK Pet Food & Nutrition Certification, Feline Nutrition Certification as well as a Natural Animal Nutrition diploma. I enjoy keeping my knowledge current by engaging in new continuing professional development courses, certifications, and literature.’

Hanne Grice Dip, BA (Hons), MSc (Distinction) ABTC-CAB – is a Clinical Animal Behaviourist, Training Instructor, published author, educationalist and founder of the award winning pet behaviour company Hanne Grice Pet Training & Behaviour. Hanne offers a range of consultancy services, from dog, cat, and small animal behaviour programmes for owners experiencing problems to business, and mentoring services for students and other animal professionals looking for guidance and advice. Additionally, we help families with children who fear dogs, utilising cognitive behavioural techniques.
Services include: Behavioural consultancy for issues such as confidence building in nervous felines, inappropriate elimination around the home (fouling and or spraying), feline aggression, multi-cat household issues and more.

'There aren’t enough superlatives to describe just how good Clarence’s is. I recently took an extended holiday ‘down under’ whilst my cat Poppy made the most of a six week break at Clarence‘s. Honestly, I don’t think she missed me one bit!
Kerry takes the time to get to know each of the cats in her care and has a knack of providing just what they each need, be it playtime or snuggles, and what makes them feel loved, safe and special every day. In Poppy’s case, that is playtime and yet more playtime - with a brief spot on Kerry’s lap occasionally! Halfway through the six weeks Kerry switched around some of Poppy’s toys and playthings to keep her interested, happy and active. From Kerry’s videos, Poppy clearly had a whale of a time!
For cat mums and dads, there are regular updates so we can enjoy our time away in the knowledge that our cats are having their own very special bespoke holiday at the best cattery around.
