NAKED CAT & NAKED DOG is an independent family owned business. Its head office is in Suffolk under the banner of Natural Dog Food Direct. With over 50 years of knowledge and experience in the meat trade supplying the finest meat cuts for humans all over the UK, NAKED know their meat inside and out (literally) and claim to know the key to creating high quality raw pet food better than anyone.
With clever and thought provoking taglines such as "NAKED and Proud!" & "So...come and get NAKED with us...it is ONLY natural..." NAKED is not to be underestimated.
The idea of NAKED DOG came from wanting to provide dogs with the same fine meat products that they supplied to humans. They used their expertise and many years of knowledge to create recipes that are tailor made to meet the nutritional needs of dogs, and then progressed onto showing cats the same courtesy.

Knowing the UK meat industry as thoroughly as they do, NAKED will source their meat locally (where possible) and then nationally from the rest of the UK. Unfortunately, across the whole raw pet food industry, certain regulations or limitations means some types of meat, for instance Rabbit, do need to be sourced from the EU. Their products are free from artificial additives and preservatives and only contain completely natural ingredients. They are a totally transparent about their manufacturing, recipes, and business. They do not shy away from questions and encourage customers to contact them to ask us about the food they produce. NAKED also have high environmental awareness, being based in the Suffolk countryside, they are reminded daily to strive to have the least amount of impact on the environment as possible and are constantly reviewing new packaging ideas and materials. I'm happy to report that they share Kitty's Rawr Store ethos with regards to not using polystyrene boxes.
