Feeding the Best Whilst Saving Money
A comparison to show that raw feeding is even cheaper then common brands, better for the environment and the best for your cat.
"Raw food is expensive" - Myth!
For anyone considering making the change to natural feline food, I would like to dispel the myth that it is more expensive compared with the current highlighted wet cat foods.
I have searched online, looked into the facts for you and done a price analysis based on feeding a healthy adult cat weighing in at the average 4.5kg. During these investigations, I was shocked by some of the prices I discovered, but what was more alarming to me was the obscene amount of packaging you get through when feeding the equivalent daily amount of wet food from a tin/pouch!
Switching to raw is better for the environment as well as your cat.
The prices shown are based on the products' base value (without any kind of offer or subscription applied) and I have calculated it for if you were to buy the smallest available amount of it in one go to keep it as close to the equivalent as possible. The wet food prices come straight from the company they are made by where possible, don't include the cost of postage and are chicken based varieties. I have started with the most expensive and worked my way down - see the savings for yourself...
