Collection Service

We are now offering a Click & Collect service 7 days a week from Kitty's Rawr Store HQ.
This option is completely FREE & Designed to fit around your schedule!

We aim to have your order ready to collect within 1 day, between 9am and 9pm. We will contact you via text message with a collection time slot & day once the order has been processed and is ready to go.
Please make sure to enter the correct contact details upon checkout.

If you would prefer to stay in and cuddle up with your Kitty instead, we can deliver direct to your cat flap if you live within our Local Delivery catchment area, details of which can be found here:

Don't worry if you aren't close enough for either of the above options, we can send any frozen orders via our trusted Courier Service and Royal Mail 48 Tracked service for non-frozen goods, see details for these options here:

Please bring an insulated bag/box for your order as we do not provide these.
We use minimal packaging to be as eco-friendly as possible.
